On a slope looking out towards the Mediterranean Sea, Gonos Villas showcase the best of Kiotari's scenery. These villas are in a great spot. For starters, they are five minutes walk from Kiotari Beach. And because they are set on a sea-facing slope, you get sweeping views from pretty much every window.

In fact, the slope they are built on plays a big part in the villas' design. When you walk in, you will find yourself on the first floor. It' s a big space with crisp white walls and beech furniture. Depending on how many people you are with, there's the option to use it as a bedroom - complete with a bathroom and balcony - or as a sitting room if you'd prefer.

Downstairs, meanwhile, you 've got two more bedrooms. They're both dressed really nicely, with fresh white walls and furniture. Modern canvas paintings add a splash of colour, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in. There's an open-plan living area on this floor, too. Modern must-haves come in the form of flatscreen TVs and DVD players. And the kitchen has everything from a coffee-maker to a dishwasher factored in.

Step out onto the terrace and the pool takes centre-stage. It's a classic rectangular number set into smart decking. And because each villa comes with its own private pool, you get it all to yourself.
